How I can help you

Life is a lot like Star Wars.

We live our ordinary lives until something changes and we are thrust into an extraordinary situation. Initially we shy away from facing it, just as Luke Skywalker did not want to find Obi Wan at first. But then we find that we can no longer ignore what’s happening — maybe it’s getting harder to get out of bed, or we’re no longer enjoying our relationships.

We realise that we need to tackle the problem head-on.

Maybe this is where you are at. If it is, the next step is to find a mentor who can give you the skills and confidence needed to navigate this unfamiliar world.

Psychologists, like myself, are trained to be the Obi Wan’s of mental health: helping people make sense of complex experiences and teaching them the skills to take control of their lives again.

If you are open to the possibility of change, I can help you too.
